Site visit requests are sent through WhatsApp — only the Space X representative handles request details
Information you provide
A site visit request includes your name, phone number, requested service and project location — it may also include project details — provide what is needed for your request, without sensitive information or other people’s details without their permission
Why we use your information
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, understand the project, coordinate an engineer’s visit and follow up on your request — making a request is optional and does not subscribe you to marketing messages or confirm an appointment
Sending your request through WhatsApp
The form prepares a message in your browser — pressing the request button opens the details in WhatsApp addressed to our official number, where you review and send it — filling in the form or opening WhatsApp alone does not deliver the message to Space X
Storage and access to requests
Messages you send are currently held in Space X’s WhatsApp account — only the Space X representative may access and handle them and review their retention — the site does not save form fields to a database or browser storage, and there is no automatic Google Sheets integration at present
How long we retain your information
For requests that do not become a project, we retain the details for 12 months from the last contact, then the Space X representative reviews them and deletes information that is no longer needed — if a request becomes a project, we retain the information needed for delivery and warranty for as long as it is necessary, and records needed for legal obligations or an ongoing dispute until the reason for retention ends — review and deletion are manual, and this site does not automatically delete WhatsApp messages
Access, correction and deletion requests
You can contact us on WhatsApp at +20 104 265 9077 to request access, correction, deletion or an end to the use of your information — the Space X representative verifies that the request comes from the person concerned and handles it in accordance with applicable rights and legal obligations — if some information must be retained for a legal obligation or an ongoing dispute, we explain the reason and retain only what is needed for as long as necessary
External services and page loading
WhatsApp and Facebook are external services with their own privacy policies — their processing of your information is governed by those policies — fonts are served locally — optional visitor analytics is described below
Visitor analytics and your choice
Only after your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure pages, contact clicks and attempts to open a WhatsApp site visit request — we do not send your name, phone, project location or form details to analytics, and opening WhatsApp is not proof of message delivery — Google may process technical browser, device and connection information and use analytics cookies — Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled — your consent or refusal and its timestamp are stored in your browser for 180 days without request data — change your choice using Change analytics choice on this page; withdrawing consent stops measurement and clears this site’s Google Analytics cookies — Google’s processing of analytics data is governed by its policies
Updates and complaints
This page will be updated if data collection, delivery or storage changes, including any future Google Sheets integration — you can contact Space X about privacy or raise a complaint with the relevant personal data protection authority
